As a valued client you get a secure, password protected portal that allows us to work together efficiently by securely exchanging working documents, scanned receipts and very large QuickBooks files. It is our policy to not email any documents containing social security numbers or other personal information.
When you register for a portal, we will be sent an email notifying us of your pending registration for approval. Once we have approved your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will be sent an email notifying you whenever we have uploaded files for you. The email will provide a link to your portal and you can then login to your portal. Please download any files to your computer for your records and you can print them from there. To download a file, click on the file, select save, browse to the location where you want to save the file, and select save.
To send us a file (Word document, Excel spreadsheet, scanned document, etc.), access our website, login to your portal, select the "upload" button at the far left of the toolbar, browse to where the file is located on your computer, select the file, and select upload. We will be sent an email notifying us that you have uploaded a file for us.
